• You must have time to put into this. We do not encourage you to run out and quit your job initially. However, you do have to have at least 5 to 10 hours weekly to put into your business in order for it to grow. Most mortgage brokers stay with their current position until their first couple of commission checks come in.
• We will want to know past work experience, why you left a certain job, or what you enjoyed or disliked about that job. If you have had 15 jobs in 2 years then our opportunity is not for you.

As a Mortgage Broker, you will enjoy company training, sales support, and the industry’s almost legendary residual commission arrangements for referring new customers to us. There is no need for you to sell directly, set appointments, or make cold calls. Your job is simply to generate interest to our mortgage loan packages and pass the details to our mortgage lenders using our software solution, who will then find the cheapest mortgage loan deal available for the customer. We also have leads of consumers who are actively looking for cheap mortgage loan available and you can get fresh leads everyday if you choose.

Through our software solution, you can build books of business over time that will provide an exceptional residual monthly income.
